I ran a half-marathon in 1979? and the long tedious boring time is all I remember of it.
Suppose that I put a boombox on my bike and played Beethoven's ninth (63 minutes long) and biked from Anderson Lane to the finish line????
.
The winner's pace is 12 mph which is easy to maintain on a bike.
9-mph is a 3 hour marathon?
Maybe the Rolling Stones?
naaaaaaaaaaaa.
Good Luck
